In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we require on time arrival for each appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and require payment of half of the scheduled service in order to be rescheduled.



We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will require payment of half of the scheduled service in order to reschedule in the future.



In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed a fee worth the full amount of the missed service (minus cost of product) which will be required to schedule your next appointment. Two missed appointments will result in services no longer being offered.




Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within one week after your service has been performed. Contacting us outside of this timeframe to alter your cut or color, will result in charging for a new service. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.

Although we strive for your experience to be relaxing and enjoyable, we ask that the use of cell phones, computers and eating be done during your process time and not while in the salon chair.

I like to think that when you visit my cozy salon suite, your experience is one that has you smiling big as you leave. A little down time away from all the hustle and bustle that daily life sometimes brings is always a good idea. As most of us know, it is so important to invest in time for yourself so that you are able to go through each day feeling confident and beautiful. I absolutely love my space and I'm super thankful that because of my setup I'm able to offer a semi-private experience for my guests. Of all the many salons I've worked and all my years behind the chair, I can confidently say that my space that I am now in is my favorite of any.
